WHO WE ARE | We are Ultrafast Fibre Limited, the owner and operator of the fibre broadband network in your area. We build, maintain, and connect the fast fibre network. We receive the broadband fault request from your internet service provider (ISP) and our sub-contracted technicians visit your property to inspect and restore your fibre service where able.

PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY | This survey is to understand your recent fault restoration journey with your internet service provider and our sub-contracted technicians. This is to not only measure how we are performing but also to gain insights into areas where we can improve.

SURVEY LENGTH | This survey should take about 5 minutes to complete. All questions are mandatory unless stated otherwise.
